Customer Information Reps
If you happen to see someone in the YRT/Viva system who’s wearing the same uniform as in the picture to the right, that’s one of our Customer Information Representatives (CIRs). They’re usually around during morning and afternoon peak periods to help with trip planning, using fare machines and general customer service. They also carry YRT maps and newsletters with them to help get the word out. Feel free to say hello and ask them a question – they’re always ready to help.
