Ride YRT/Viva to GO for just 50¢
York Region Transit and Viva offer you a relaxing alternative to driving to and from a GO Train station. The service is called 50¢ to GO and it lets you ride YRT or Viva GO Train stations for only 50¢. Riding YRT or Viva takes away the hassles of dealing with rush-hour traffic or parking.
The program isn't just convenient and stress-free, it's affordable. For just 50¢, YRT and Viva offer you a choice of several routes servicing 13 GO Train stations. You could also try one of YRT's special GO Shuttles which are custom-designed around GO Train schedules.
Fares can be paid by dropping 50¢ into the YRT farebox or buying a Ride to GO ticket from a oneRide or multiRide fare machine - it's valid on both YRT and Viva.
