Public Information Centres

Every year, YRT/Viva hosts Public Information Centres (PICs) so we can hear what you have to say. Your feedback helps us complete our annual review of transit services, which is intended to help us build an innovative, reliable and customer-focused transit system for York Region.

PICs allow you the opportunity to gain a better understanding of YRT/Viva's operations and proposed plans for the upcoming year. You can also ask questions and discuss proposed plans directly with YRT/Viva staff.

We want to hear what you have to say about the following:

  • Do the proposed plans meet your needs?
  • Is the current level of service adequate?
  • What improvements would you suggest?

Upcoming Public Information Centres

YRT/Viva invites you to attend an upcoming Public Information Centre (PIC). Come to any of the following PICs and offer your input for the 2013 YRT/Viva Annual Service Plan. Your feedback will help shape the future of public transit in York Region.
